Electrical Estimator & Industrial Electrician

Trade · Albury, Albury Area NSW, Australia · Full-Time · $50 - $55/hr

Two different jobs, one growing team. A long-standing electrical contractor and engineering firm in Albury, NSW is hiring both Electrical Estimators and Industrial Electricians.

Estimators work out what a job will cost: they study the drawings, price materials and labour, and build tenders that can win work. Industrial Electricians put together and wire switchboards and control panels, then test, commission and look after installations at the workshop and out on site.

The work covers commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects, so expect technical variety. Electricians trained in South Africa should note that the role calls for a current Australian Electrical Licence or eligibility to obtain one, so look into the licensing steps early.
