Key Responsibilities
- Be in charge of maintaining and repairing all farm equipment
- Inspect machinery, run diagnostic tests, find worn and damaged parts, order parts and troubleshoot
- Attend field breakdowns and do mobile repairs when it is busy
- Look after the workshop and spare parts inventory
Requirements & Eligibility
- Diesel Mechanic, qualified or with strong relevant experience
- Independent and able to solve problems under pressure
- Experience with agricultural or heavy machinery is preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability in peak seasons, with good communication and organisation skills
