Chef
Trade · Wubin, Northam & Wheatbelt WA, Australia · Full-Time · $80,000/yr
Out on the highway through Wubin, in Western Australia's Wheatbelt, a busy roadside kitchen needs a Chef who can take the lead. Expect to be on the tools cooking, steaks above all, while also reworking the menu, organising the crew and looking after the daily running of the kitchen.
This is a real, established vacancy, and the employer wants someone whose skills and leadership can be shown. Fresh menu ideas are welcome, as long as consistency and quality hold up when the place is packed.
In return you get responsibility, room to progress and steady work, plus accommodation on site, internet and meals during shifts. South African chefs used to busy grill kitchens should spell out that experience when applying.
