Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve top-quality food in a professional kitchen, using advanced techniques while keeping dishes consistent and well presented
- Help run the kitchen day to day across prep, service and coordination, working closely with the other chefs and front-of-house staff
- Put your knowledge of food handling, cooking methods and kitchen routines to work
- Check quality at every step of production
- Juggle several priorities when service is at its busiest
- Follow health, safety and food hygiene rules, and help keep the team culture positive and efficient
- Keep growing your culinary knowledge and kitchen skills
Requirements & Eligibility
- Qualified Chef holding recognised culinary qualifications, with relevant industry experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a quality restaurant, hotel or comparable professional kitchen, including time in a structured hospitality environment
- Able to show genuine hands-on cooking ability and industry know-how
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food preparation and service standards
- Able to provide a verified employment history and professional references
- Strong teamwork, communication and problem-solving
