Good barbering is what keeps a chair full. An established shop in New South Wales with a steady stream of customers is looking for an experienced Barber who brings proven technique and genuine care for the people in the chair.
Expect precision cutting, current fade styles, beard work and consultations every day, with standards that stay consistent so regulars return. You must be able to prove real industry experience. The shop offers a professional base where you can sharpen your craft and grow a long-term career in Australia, and sponsorship may be possible for an eligible candidate, depending on Australian visa and sponsorship requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Find out how each client likes their hair and advise on looks that work for them
- Cut and groom men's hair professionally, from fades and skin fades to precise classic styles
- Sculpt, tidy and maintain beards
- Blend and finish with accuracy so every cut is up to the same standard
- Make each visit feel friendly and professional
- Earn the loyalty of repeat customers
- Set up, clean and care for clippers, scissors and other kit
- Run a spotless, sanitary station and stick to hygiene and safety routines
- Work fast without getting careless when the shop is full
- Contribute to a good atmosphere among the team
- Follow the latest trends and methods in men's grooming
Requirements & Eligibility
- A proven record cutting professionally as a Barber, with clear ability in men's cuts and styling
- Confident with fades, skin fades and blending
- Skilled at beard trims and grooming
- A barbering qualification and/or industry experience you can demonstrate
- Proof of the barbering jobs or experience you have had
- You talk easily with clients and put the customer first, in a professional way
- Dependable, on time and serious about quality
- Comfortable working solo or alongside colleagues
- Well groomed yourself and ready to commit to full-time hours
- Employer sponsorship may be considered where a suitable candidate meets the required experience, qualifications and applicable Australian visa and sponsorship criteria
