Key Responsibilities
- Do sharp haircuts, fades, styling, shaves and beard grooming
- Find out what each client is after and advise on styles and grooming that suit them
- Keep every cut to the same high standard and make clients feel welcome from the moment they walk in
- Win over new customers and keep regulars coming back
- Run a clean, hygienic, tidy station, handle your tools and equipment safely, and follow health, safety and hygiene rules
- Look and act like a professional
- Work as one with the rest of the barbers and help keep the shop upbeat and customer-focused
Requirements & Eligibility
- Valid passport and a current, detailed resume/CV
- Relevant barbering qualification certificate
- At least 2 years of relevant professional barbering experience, and practical barbering skill you can demonstrate
- Verifiable proof of your work history, for example employment letters, contracts or payslips
- English language ability with a minimum score of 5
- Identity and employment documents that are genuine and can be verified
- You can meet what full-time employment in Western Australia requires
- Sponsorship is available, and suitable candidates may be considered for it
