Key Responsibilities
- Look after trees professionally, from routine care to ongoing maintenance
- Plant trees, help them establish and improve the surrounding landscape
- Work on streetscapes, park upgrades and urban renewal, including environmental and civil landscaping
- Help install WSUD features and build raingardens
- Keep trees, gardens and outdoor spaces looking their best
- Run arboriculture tools, machines and gear safely, following Australian site safety rules and project guidelines
- Pull together with site crews and project managers, adjusting to different outdoor settings and project needs
Requirements & Eligibility
- Certificate III in Arboriculture (Level 3 Arborist qualification) or equivalent
- A track record in arboriculture or professional landscaping
- Hands-on know-how in tree maintenance and outdoor works
- A strong work ethic
- A dependable, upbeat attitude
- Can work safely when the outdoor work is physically hard
- Communicates well and fits into a team
- Keen to grow your skills to Australian industry standards
