Air conditioning, refrigeration, freezer rooms, ventilation and catering equipment all come through the door. The employer wants HVAC and refrigeration tradespeople with real, proven hands-on work who want to bring their skills into a structured Australian commercial setting and build a solid reputation on verified qualifications and genuine experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, service and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including coolrooms, freezer rooms and related equipment
- Find and fix faults on refrigeration and air conditioning plant, spotting mechanical, electrical and refrigeration problems
- Carry out preventative maintenance and scheduled services
- Install and look after commercial and industrial ventilation, including kitchen exhaust and specialist systems
- Service commercial catering and kitchen equipment
- Help install, service and maintain chilled water systems
- Test and commission systems and check their performance
- Work from technical documents, drawings and equipment specs, and keep service records and job paperwork in order
- Work well with other technicians and project teams, staying professional on commercial and industrial sites
- Follow Australian workplace health and safety procedures
- Keep building your technical knowledge through hands-on work and training
Requirements & Eligibility
- A relevant qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, HVAC, Electrical or a related trade
- Proven hands-on work in commercial or industrial settings, backed by a genuine, verifiable employment history that fits the role
- Able to supply evidence of your qualifications, trade experience and technical skills
- Solid understanding of HVAC, refrigeration or related mechanical systems, with practical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Works well alone and as part of a professional technical team
- Committed to safety at work and quality workmanship
- Communicates clearly and solves problems
- Willing to learn Australian workplace practices and keep developing professionally
- People from mechanical, maintenance, construction or manufacturing backgrounds with transferable skills may also be considered
- Able to get through the relevant skills and employment verification process and meet the applicable Australian employment and visa requirements
